Qualification: B. Tech. & M. Tech. in Food Technology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food and Fermentation Technology/ Biotechnology with minimum 60% marks with demonstrable work/ publication in the field of food fermentation OR
M.Sc. with minimum 60% marks and Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Microbiology/ Food Biotechnology with demonstrable work/ publication in the field of food fermentation
Age : Maximum 30 years for male and Maximum 35 years for female (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Government rules)
Remuneration : Rs. 25000
